Treasure Hoarding

Your story is important. It's part of a greater one.

I guess that's why your story and mine, and the books that hold them, are among the greatest gifts God has given us! What treasures!

And I'll admit here and now, I'm a treasure hoarder.

I just can’t help myself. I just love to read others’ stories! Regardless of genre, books allow us travel, in and out of time, to places dreamed of, as well as those we’ve dared not hope for. They allow us discernment and understanding, wisdom and growth.

Books are sustenance.

The good ones, anyway.

And sometimes they allow us to dance with God. To see his part in all of them.

Each of our stories intertwines. None is without a compass.

All of them point toward home.
